Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required on orders shipping within the state of Ohio. Other states are not applicable.

Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all tems returned that are non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, including all packing material. Tampered, previously installed and special ordered merchandise is not returnable. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 (fourteen) days. Email Gary@SeriousSpeed.com for return authorization codes. No cancellation refunds or exchanges on special orders. No returns will be accepted without an authorized RA number. RA numbers expire after 10 business days. It is customer responsibility to ship authorized returns timely. All returns must be shipped prepaid to SeriouSpeed.

Privacy Policies
Any information we collect from you when placing an order or filling out a form, is used only for our internal use and is not shared with any other outside sources. After your transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) is not stored in our system. We do not sell, transfer, or trade ,your personal  information to outside parties other than trusted business partners, who assist us in running our website, conducting our business, or servicing our customers. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Non-personal visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
